Orders are generally reviewed and processed on normal business days. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, payment review, compliance review, and address verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually reviewed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated timelines are shown during checkout. After an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. A tracking number may not show movement immediately after the label is created.

RGV Compound is not responsible for delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier, but we will review shipping issues when possible.
